The Pacer K series of CNC routers are
designed for applications where quality and reliability are
important and the absolute high end performance of the HDS
series machine is not necessarily required. They also
represent a major price / performance breakthrough and will
appeal to customers having a limited budget but requiring a
large cutting area. They are suitable for routing and
engraving in 2D and 3D on all woods, plastics and
non-ferrous metals.
The K series
machine is based on a strong steel frame and uses high
quality twin ballscrew drives with integral steel bearings
and slideways. These are fully enclosed to protect them from
dust and swarf contamination and to keep maintenance to a
minimum.
Standard features
include Pacer’s high end machine control system with built
in PC and software, a vacuum bed for workholding, and
cyclonic swarf extraction for high quality cutting and a
clean working environment. Automatic tool length calibration
and a continuously rated spindle help to make the K series
stand out from its competitors.
